What Do I Believe?

Have you ever gotten quiet and asked yourself, “What do I really believe?”

In my heart of hearts, down into the core of my spirit, beyond all the religious debates, beyond what outside sources tell me, “What does [insert your name here] truly believe?”

If there was no peer pressure, just you sitting with your heavenly Father in that perfect peace of communion, what is really true about God, about Life, about me?

These are good questions to consider, because as the Bible says, with the heart the man believes. So often our heads have been influenced from external voices while the inner man responds to the internal voice of Christ in you.

It seems our outer ears are continually being told what to believe, what not to believe, what to fear, whom to fear, who are our enemies, what God is thinking, and how we should think.

But out of our heart flows things that pertain to eternal LIFE.

We recently finished a 10-Day Health Reset, where we eliminated sugar and processed foods from our diet. Instead we put into our bodies very healthy but tasty foods that fight inflammation, improve gut function and balance blood sugar. We got rid of things that were affecting us negatively, in order to set a new pattern for the new year. We also added daily meditations and relaxation therapies where we focussed on letting go of unnecessary stressors. It gave us a fresh awareness of how we are taking care of our bodies as we age.

Rather than a physical reset, would you consider a spiritual reset this year? This would be the kind of reset where you discard the artificial ideas of the world, and remember your authentic self as the Beloved Child of God.

This is the place of sweet communion where you find rest for your soul. And where the reality of God opens up to you in marvelous ways. There’s a place of truth within us where we know we are loved and we are at peace: with God, with ourselves and with others. This is the Kingdom of Heaven.

We hope you will experience this kind of soul prosperity in 2026 as God’s Kingdom continues to increase within you.

And though our circumstances will all differ from one another this coming year, we all share the benefit of the same loving Father and the same expansive Kingdom of Heaven within us. And that is good news for 2026!
