Love is Maturity
When you get into a revelation of Grace, you are getting into an exploration about the bigness and goodness of God in ways that you’ve never seen before. You’re not so concerned with dogma as you are about the beauty of a wonderful, loving relationship with the Father.
As we grow, we realize that nobody is an expert on God because He is much too big to be confined inside anyone’s intellect. This is an exciting truth!
The definition of maturity is love. And love casts out all fear. It brings you at peace with your own growth and the mystery of our everlasting Father. It also brings us at peace with one another. We don’t all have to think alike. We have an eternity ahead to explore, to think, and to know. Even Jesus, knowing that His disciples understood very little, was okay with that because He knew that the Spirit of Truth would lead them and guide them into more of the knowledge of God and His will. This is what is happening to all of us.
It’s exciting to know that we are all in an infant stage of the knowledge of God. Then we can have grace and patience with one another, as we all have our individual walks with God.
It makes me think of the heavenly announcement when Jesus came into the earth: “Glory to God in the Highest. And on earth peace and goodwill towards all men.”
May peace be with you!
“You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You.” (Isaiah 26:3)
